There are a number of ways to pay:

Suppliers are able to 'Register their Interest thru the website and you will be notified. You can short-list and Approve a contract to a Supplier if you so wish. You can also review any quotes you have received simply by logging into your account.
Will my details be passed to all registered Suppliers?
Only Subscribed Suppliers who have 'Registered Their Interest' in your Tender will be be able to view your contact details and any documentation you have uploaded. This enables the Supplier to make an informed decision whether they want to quote for your business and should they have any questions they can contact you directly.
