As a Buyer what do I do if I do not receive an e-mail confirming my project has been posted?

Check that the e-mail address against your user name is correct.

Check to ensure your Internet connection is working.

Contact us and we can confirm whether the project is listed and we can then investigate the problem.

We will also contact suppliers to confirm they can provide the products or service they are promoting. If we are not satisfied we will contact them directly before allowing them to promote their products or services. All approved Suppliers will be included within our Suppliers directory listing. Any Suppliers trying to provide false information will lose any monies paid and their details immediately removed from the b2bquote system.

Once you have downloaded the attachment and before you open it scan the attachment using your anti-virus software. Do not open any attachments until you have scanned them.

Before any projects are posted on the website we check the projects and if we are not satisfied then we contact the Buyer and find out further information. Whilst we do not guarantee projects we do investigate as much as we can. All approved projects will be included on the website within 24 hours. Any projects that we feel are not suitable will be notified to the Buyer within 24 hours.
